Waterproof leakproof pants?

As an avid watersports fan, particularly wetting myself, I am searching for some waterproof panties which are not absorbent but have the leak proof seals on the waist and particularly the legs. I have some rubber shorts which are ok, but have to have a strong elastic band around the legs to keep the wee in. The problem arises when I am walking around and the seal on the legs leeks allowing my wee to dribble down my legs. Which is fine up to a point unless I am wearing light coloured trousers. My main desire is to empty multiple bladder loads over several hours into the panties and feel it sloshing around my cock, balls and anus. I do usually wear a pair of my wife's sloggi type knickers inside the rubber shorts for the initial flood to slowly soak into. Suggestions as to which of the many adult incontinence waterproofs would do the job.
