Headache when consuming?

Hello everyone, i get a slight headache when i drink my pee.  I usually never get headaches.  Does anyone else get the from drink there own pee?

What colour is your pee  when you drink it? I drink it when it's clear or light yellow.  Your kidneys will be working harder to filter out the impurities it's already gotten rid of.  Your body could be drawing water in go dilute these impurities hence the headache.  Drink a glass of water after your pee.  Hope this helps a little.
