Different words of peefetish

I know many people here don´t like to drown diapers as much as I do but what´s the difference between diapersex, wetsex and watersports, does any of these fetishes include to drown diapers or is it more similar to a peefetish without diapers and can you use another word for diaperfetish, I myself think I also can use wetsex with diapers even if diaperfetish is a more common word for it, but I have red on Internet that a diaperfetish can also means to wear a diaper but not drown or soak it?
