Hi I am new female member testing brand new unique maxipad for heavy urinaryincontinence thick as two thick maxipads above eachother and I can tell...its a really awesome maxipad. Watch the pic. Its maded of two layers of SAP, in the previous maxipads I used it was only one layer with SAP.
