I too have posted my experiences in the past. The most glaring example was at a concert where the men's bathroom door was propped open and the ladies outside could see right down the line of 10 urinals. Intermission for the teen girls was a line of peeing penises lol. 

Have you ever been in a situation where the ladies can see into the men’s restroom? Years ago I attended a concert. Yeah, I guess my set up was exactly like yours but instead of a stone wall, they were just a line of urinals with no dividers. Yeah they totally can and did. Inyour experience where did you find the least private urinals? I remember as a 18 year old going to a game at a local soccer arena.
