When I had a Kidney stone a while back I got into a really good talk with my Urologist (who was older) about my nightly bedwetting till I was 14. Like he said the body does slowly start to revert back to when you were a child in some areas such as bedwetting. It is mostly psychological. He said many Doctors say it's not normal and suggest surgery or a clamp implant especially if you are married or have significant other that can't stand it. But if your single or widowed and don't mind it, to do what he does wear the guards when your out and about and regular briefs underwear to bed and around the house. He said if there is nothing physically wrong the always try opt out of surgery. I will be taking that advice and let nature take it's course. -

I know plenty of guys just like this. Many of them gave up a long time ago of even trying to get to a toilet or urinal. And a few refuse any kind of surgery for it or even to wear some sort of protection. They wear only briefs and like the older gentlemen around the corner. He literaraly has a mountain of pee soaked briefs, sheets, and undershirts. Like he said, he has nev been dry day or night in his life. Never wore protection or had protection on his mattress. He was comfortable with it when he was 11 and he's especially comfortable now at 83 and he's "rock solid" when he lets me check to see how we the ones he is wearing are.
