What are the factors she takes into account in the circumstances she is in, when deciding to do it through her panties, or not? I think the times for me if i'm in a position where I'm deciding to pee right then and there it's usually if I have had the chance to kind of plan it out. If it's a wetting that is anyways. So let's say i am truly bursting and I absolutely need to let it go right there and then if I'm going to wet absolutely I love to just go and wet myself through my panties. Sometimes I love how it feels to let the warmth spreading through my panties. I usually either decide pull them down completely or wet.
