I feel the same. I grew up in the era when people left their pubic hair alone, except for maybe the " bikini line" so the pubes didn't stick out. I found the stray hair attractive . Pubic hair meant you were sexualy mature not a kid. It is disappointing that the vast majority are  now shaved or waxed bald.

I wonder how much of this is related to the style of the time one becomes sexually aware and active. I was a teenager in the 1990s when landing strips and trimmed bushes were very common, and that is the style I absolutely prefer for women. In the 2010s it seemed like clean shaven was the dominant fashion, but now bushes are back.

The good thing about this picture in particular is that at least in this pose, the hair is kept enough away from most of the important anatomy to really interfere at all with the view. It does seem like women (differ somewhat in how far down onto the labia the hair extends, and I don't think all of that has to do with shaving. In other words, some have a lot of hair on the pubic mound but relatively little down around the "slit" itself, whereas for some it's evenly spread most of the way down--and even when it goes the whole way down (as it does here), it doesn't always cover things to the same degree. It's possible that all women (except of course those with some kind of hormonal issue that interferes with pubic hair growth at all) have hair everywhere down there but just some remove it in various places, but I rather think quite a bit of it is natural variation (like the pee stream angle).
