This is a very good question and I guess everyone has a very personal answer.   I don't think I would go out of my way to pay someone to fulfill my fantasies because most of my fantasies rely on the girl wanting to do the act or felt the desperate need to do the relevant action and knowing that the girl was only doing them to earn money would not be the same.  My wife is aware of some of my fantasies and has indulged me to a certain extent, but she is not keen on most of the ideas and I won't force her into it because that would mean me getting her to do something she doesn't want to do (which I wouldn't do to her) and again would mean she was only doing it because she felt obliged to, not because she wanted to do so.
