Acceptance and legality of naughty peeing per country

Recommended Posts

I'm interested to know about acceptance and legality of naughty peeing per country. Is there any country on Earth where I can just pee on the side of the road, pee in plain sight in a field, pee on the floor of public store bathrooms, pee in elevators, pee in fitting rooms, pee on hotel carpets, and pretty much pee where ever without having to worry about getting arrested? Perhaps at most get a small fine? Is there a country where it is naughty peeing is more socially acceptable to talk about? Is there any country where it is easier for a dude like me who is attracted to all genders to find people in person who also like naughty peeing? It would be so nice to have a lover, friend, or companion I'm around in person who will do naughty peeing with me. I love naughty peeing because it especially helps me get sexual pleasure while single because I don't need anyone to be by my side while I pee in my room, soak a hotel carpet, and piss on a public bathroom floor and I can enjoy that naughty fun alone and get the same pleasure I would from it as I would probably have from having sex. It would just be so nice to have people who would do naughty peeing together with. It would be so nice to live somewhere I could pee naughty without having to worry about any legal consequences. Anyone have any ideas?

here in NZ you'll get a fine if you're caught pissing in public... not to say people don't do it ... usually happens while on a drunken night out... but if the cops come along you'll be getting a ticket...

Pissing in a hotel or motel room will attract a cleaning fee... if you get caught. I like to use the hot tub or if I have a courtyard out the back of my unit then I use that to avoid being caught and charged a carpet cleaning fee or something

That's awesome that in NZ it's only a fine if you get caught peeing in public. I'm happy they don't arrest people there for it. Peeing outside is fun and all but my favorite is peeing on the floor because that's more naughty.

I can’t say I have an in depth knowledge of the legalities regarding public urination for each country.. that said, from some of the public pissing videos that typically derive from parts of Eastern Europe certainly seem to have a much more relaxed approach to it, with girls brazenly pissing in public without people appearing to even bat an eyelid!

I’m typically a little more cautious with my naughty pissing when abroad, just in case of any potentially strict laws against it! Although fun fact, and a little bizarrely, it is technically illegal to piss in the sea in Portugal.. that didn’t stop me, however - if anything, it made it all the more a naughty rush knowing I was also committing a crime as I did so! 😉

lol they'd be arresting a lot of people if they went around doing that and there's usually more pressing things to attend to like fights or car crashes

In the United States of America you are free to get arrested by police for urinating in public.

How about if you have a Public Urination Pass because you suffer from Uromysitisis? I saw it on "Seinfeld". 😛

in the UK there's no real Law forbidding public urination (Unless you pee on a landmark, etc) but there are variables, such as "public indecency".

So, you can probably piss all over the UK as long as you don't flash your genitals.

I think the detail of individual laws will naturally vary, but in most countries blatant public urination is viewed as a no no.  Obviously if it is clear that it's a genuine medical emergency/unavoidable caught short situation, the chances are it will be viewed sympathetically.  Of course discreet peeing in the countryside, nipping behind hedgerows etc, has always been viewed as okay in the UK, although blatantly unzipping in a shopping centre will be viewed differently, and treated as a littering offence if nothing else.  We don't have them so much now due to the difficulties filling a coach.  However years ago I used to go on bell ringing outings.  At the first tower, most of the men folk, me included, used to make a beeline for the yew trees in the churchyard, in order to drain the main vein before we got started.  I don't recall the ladies ever doing that.  I imagine they just held it or used the church's toilet if there was one, and most medieval country churches didn't have such facilities.

So far as pants wetting is concerned, that isn't and never has been an offence so far as I'm aware.

I used to think that South American countries such as Brazil and Mexico were more laid back about public urination, but having asked people from those places and it seems it isn't necessarily so.

I once heard on a podcast that public peeing outside is fairly accepted in Finland. I have no idea if it's true, but the woman recounting it sounded pretty on-board with it!

I think it's Scandinavia in general, but honestly it's so sparsely populated that it's less of a problem, that and smells don't travel through cold air well.

Without being an expert, I believe most European countries are far more relaxed than the US with almost anything. I mean, yes, you'll get fined for overtly peeing in public pretty much everywhere on the old continent. But it is rare to get arrested over here, just look at statistics for all sorts of crime. In most cases, you'll get fined for indecent behaviour, littering, or vandalism - there will be few situations when they'll put up sexually connotated charges (e.g. if obviously showing a boner to unsuspecting public). The girls in those public peeing videos simply take the chance of being fined, there's normally no criminal record associated with these things (except if you go wild like e.g. Devil Sophie).

The response makes me sometimes wish I lived in Europe. I pee on the floor of my apartment because I won't get arrested for that. I also pee on the floor of public bathrooms because then I can say it was the person before me or I missed by accident. I'll also pee all over the hotel room because then I can get a fine but not arrested.

Does anyone know how legal or acceptable naughty peeing is in Japan?

I'm also curious with how many Muslims have moved to Europe since Turkey joined the EU how that has effected how accepted naughty peeing is in Europe? I've heard in Pakistan and India it's ok for men and women alike to pee on the sidewalk in plain view.

From a UK perspective my take on it is very much the opposite - i can recall seeing one video clip from a Ring doorbell or similar CCTV of two mature Muslim ladies, one of whom left a puddle by someone’s gate.

But otherwise public exposure, peeing in public and similar sort of activities are very much unknown in my opinion - and also of course bear in mind Muslim sobriety, in comparison to how much public peeing is alcohol fuelled.

Perhaps our western infrastructure better provides toilet facilities too than the rural Asian communities necessitating outdoor relief?

It’s a very interesting point - as I’ve been reading these posts - as to whether the ‘being arrested’ is actually a reality - or a perception of what could happen?

I’m not being doubtful as to people’s accounts - but we do see a lot of video clips in semi-public places all around the world and those are obviously filmed balancing a risk - the risk of prosecution against the kudos / thrill or whatever of making the clip.

If US law works vaguely like the UK for example, then for a police office to make an arrest, the suspect would need to be charged and then appear in court.  That court appearance would determine any conviction and penalty which could potentially include entry on the sex offenders registry.  But huge amounts of paperwork and cost, with a stretched police force and criminal justice system - which is why it’s very unlikely to happen.  Even an Antisocial Behaviour Order or similar minor penalty would involve effort from police who may well have bigger public order issues to focus upon.

It is pretty accepted, yeah. The police will give you a ticket if they catch you peeing in a city area but they won't care if you piss in the woods or on the side of the road (not a city road) or anything like that unless you are deliberately trying to flash your genitals while doing it.

Not necessarily, the U.S. government has very few laws and little jurisdiction on anything that goes on withing a state, those are state laws that vary widely between states. Example, there's no law against being nude in a National Park, beach or forest or urinating in public. Many local cities have relaxed or eliminated many such laws in recent years as well.

I'm giving this thread a quick bump as it seems the most relevant place to ask...    Over the last few days we're delighted that a couple of members based in Japan have joined us.

Now, a lot of us in the west (or me at least) have never been fortunate enough to travel that far and experience the culture at first hand.   And what we do see in the public media and in adult material, I suspect is very skewed in what is presented to us.   I could be wrong but I sense a culture where strength (mental or physical) is a highly rated male characteristic and perhaps a male dominance / female submission.  A culture which is very technologically innovative and astute, but strongly values tradition.

A huge amount of the porn media we see from Japan is clearly very dated - we can tell that from the quality and the datedness of the recordings. And I'm sure we see an unrealistic bias in the type of media - a high prevalence of mature actresses as schoolgirl groups, and the number of clips featuring the office worker where the focus seems to be on the humiliation of wetting.

So I'd be very interested to understand more about how the culture is today  - for example whether young ladies would go out in groups on a weekend evening, drinking, dancing, having fun, drinking to the point of relaxing their inhibitions and then having to pee on the way home?   Does that happen, is it frowned upon by society today?   I know within every society are a huge range of attitudes and it's not possible to generalise for all.
