K and I had some time to chill yesterday at the end of the week – drinking G&Ts and nibbling snacks on the sofa, asking and answering some ‘date night’ questions (https://www.lifehack.org/articles/communication/list-100-questions-ask-your-partner-date-nights.html) to get that Friday night feeling started. After we’d finished our gins we moved upstairs to the bathroom.

It was time to wash the bathmat so I thought we might as well use it for its intended purpose of soaking up liquid. I lay on my back on the mat while K straddled me and sat on my thighs, wearing a pair of socks, a pair of knickers and a top to keep her warm.
