Most adult game developers seek profit and funding through Patreon, for example, and pee fetish is not very popular with mainstream audiences.

Such a game would not attract enough of  audience willing to pay.

I'm making a visual novel using Ren'Py and Daz under a different identity, the visual novel is a hobby project of mine with no significant profit and it contains a few pee scenes, but a visual novel with a strong focus on peeing would be uninteresting to most players.

I'm considering a very small side hobby project with a slightly stronger focus on peeing/voyeurism, a visual novel using Daz renders  and Ren'Py engine, instead of just doing pee renders like in this thread

But even for me as a hobby developer, making a game focused solely on peeing would not be interesting.

I'm thinking of a simple, silly story.
Something like a story where ghost hunters place cameras in the homes of people who are experiencing paranormal activity.
And the placement of the cameras is done with the consent of the people who live there. Because ghosts and other monsters are perverted bastards who don't shy away from the bathroom, of course a camera has to be placed there too.

But I don't know if this idea will ever become a reality.

Maybe I'll start by creating Fictional Pee Stories with renders.

I don't see starting that new game or visual novel any time soon as a realistic possibility, but that fictional story with the renders and setup I mentioned is a pretty realistic plan.  I'm already looking for suitable models for Daz Studio. I'll probably give it a shot, and see where it goes.
If people like it, I might consider a visual novel. But it would be more of a kinetic novel with a minimum of choice, rather than a visual novel with a lot of branching or a sandbox game, since my capacity for hobby projects is pretty limited.

found another nice game centered around fetishes, so there is watersports on it, dont have screenshots for it yet since i just started, but its a visual novel game with a bit of animations during the sex scenes, the link is for the first part, but it has a seconfd part already and its the steam link, so if you guys want to "try" the game, im sure you find out without much effort on google

I found a game called Scum: its a survival game with full metabolism panel ( still WIP) where you have to watch what you eat and drink to keep macro and micronutrients in balance, and you also need to pee and poop fro mtime to time, its a very cool game, especially the matabolism and health panel that its still not complete, devs said scarcity of some nutrients will lead to health conditions in the future. Sadly i have no SS since i can´t play it anymore on my downgraded PC but here is a link of the game steam page, you can check others SS there, sadly not many containing the characters peeing

I think some of the designers of the big budget game Death Stranding must have been into pee/bodily functions.  Without giving away to many spoilers, using the toilet the toilet is an integral part of the game. Also when your character (Norman Reedus) is out in the world you have to keep him hydrated, this leads to his bladder getting full up to 1ltr, you can stop and make him pee and you get a view from behind off to the side of a nice stream and can move him around to spray it about.  He expresses his relief as he's peeing and every where you or your fellow gamers has peed a 'Golden Mushroom' grows 😃 , you can give likes to these and if you pee in the same place the mushrooms get bigger.  It's positively encouraged because you get rewarded if enough players do it.  Next time I fire it up I'll do a capture

I long to play this one ( for the plot of course 😏) but i don't have a PS and my PC can't handle it 😭

Scum also have body functions, so you need to eat and drink, so naturally you eventually have to pee and poop, another game i can't play anymore since my GPU fried and i was forced to downgrade mine

Steam announced Fetish Locator Week3 at Q2 2023, so it has to be within 2 months. I wil definitly purchase it, because the hole FL-series is awsome (for pee-lovers)

found this game on omorashi.org, you play as this ninja guy who spy girls as they are doing their bussiness, there is some scat content as well, but you get audio clues as to what the girls are doing in the toilet, so you can avoid seeing the content if it is not your thing
