I started writing this a few months ago when there were a lot of stories in the news about drivers and warehouse staff for a major e-commerce provider not being given time for bathroom breaks and having to pee in bottles. I began wondering, how could the company fix this problem?

 

Laura parked at the side of the road and got out of the truck. Glancing at her watch she saw she was only just on time; she quickly went to the back of the truck and took out the package for this address. She walked briskly up the path to the front door of the house, then rang and waited.

As she waited, she realised that the large coffee she’d had earlier had worked its way through her, and the pressure in her bladder was now impossible to ignore. Deadlines being what they were, of course there hadn’t been any time to stop anywhere, and there wouldn’t be for a long while yet. So she did what she always did - she just let go where she was standing.

Just as the urine had started to flow down her legs and darken the light blue of her uniform trousers, the door opened in front of her. Unembarrassed, she continued to piss in full view of the householder as she handed him her package and turned back to her truck. She’d been very full so it wasn’t until she was firmly back in her seat, her seatbelt fastened, that she finally finished peeing. The seat underneath her was now just as soaked as her trousers, but she was used to that by now and ignored it completely as she drove off to her next delivery.

 

The policy had been quite controversial when Orinoco, the world’s largest internet shopping site, had introduced it. They’d been getting quite a lot of bad press after reports that their delivery drivers and warehouse staff had such strict targets that they had no time for toilet breaks and often had to pee in bottles. Rather than relax the targets, which would cut into their profits, they’d decided to just let employees pee wherever they were. 

After the initial shock of the announcement, surprisingly few workers left; everyone adapted very quickly to the new way of working. People took advantage of their freedom in different ways: some men would pull out their cocks and pee against the nearest wall; some women would pull down their bottoms and squat wherever they were; others wouldn’t even interrupt what they were doing, and would just piss themselves where they stood or sat, or even as they walked.

Laura had been one of the more enthusiastic adopters of the new policy. She’d always liked to keep herself fully hydrated, and the need to match her water consumption to the places she knew she’d be able to find somewhere to pee on her route was annoying. Now she could drink as much as she liked, and just pee where she was whenever the need took her - which it did, frequently.

So unsurprisingly it was only a short time later that the urge came again. This time she was in her truck, sitting in traffic as she drove from one delivery to the next. The lights ahead were red, and as she waited for them to change she let go of her bladder. The urine immediately went through her already-wet underwear and trousers, and began pooling underneath her. Some soaked into her seat cushion, and the rest flowed along the indentation caused by her legs and onto the floor. Ahead, the lights had changed, so Laura put the truck back in gear and drove off, as she continued to piss.

That evening as Laura left the truck in the depot car park she remembered her supervisor had wanted to see her - something about whether she could pick up a few more shifts, he’d said. She walked into the warehouse and through the loading area, where workers were sorting out packages for the next day’s deliveries. As she passed one group, a woman suddenly pulled down her trousers, squatted, and pissed copiously on the concrete floor. 

The resulting river of pee flowed towards Laura, who just stepped through it. The woman looked up at Laura as she passed and asked: “You joining us in the pub as usual tonight?” Laura smiled at the peeing woman. “Yes, definitely, wouldn’t miss it.”

The supervisor’s office was really just a corner of the warehouse, with a single partition blocking off one side only. A desk with a computer was against the wall, and the supervisor, John, was sitting facing it, making a few changes to a spreadsheet on the screen. As he heard Laura approaching he turned his chair to face her and gestured to the other seat.

“Hey Laura, thanks for stopping by,” he said.

“No problem, what’s up?”

“Looks like I’ve got a bit of a hole next week and I wondered if you - hold on…” He paused to fish out his cock from his already-opened flies and began pissing on the floor between them. “Sorry, I wondered if you fancied working on Monday as well?”

“Um, yeah, I think I can,” said Laura. Watching John’s thick stream reminded her that she hadn’t peed for a while, and she let go in her seat, once again soaking her uniform bottoms and the chair itself.

Meanwhile her boss finished pissing and put his cock away. Laura’s own pee went for quite a while longer, the urine splashing from the chair onto the floor where it joined with the existing puddle as they finished discussing her shifts for the next few weeks.

Arrangements and peeing both concluded, Laura said thanks to her supervisor and wished him a good weekend before getting up to go and find the rest of the posse to head to the pub.

 

Friday evenings at the pub near the depot were always fun. Laura had made some good friends at work and enjoyed getting a few drinks with them. This time it was a mixed crowd, drivers and warehouse workers, both men and women, all still wearing their work clothes - many, like Laura, still damp with urine from the day’s pissing.

The beer flowed freely and halfway through the second pint Laura felt the need to pee again. Without a second thought she began to piss where she stood, in the middle of the pub. Once again the urine flowed down her legs and started pooling noisily on the wooden floor.

The man next to her was new to the group and looked at her, astonished. “Don’t they mind you peeing in here?”

Laura looked up. “Oh no, they’re used to us doing it. They get loads of business from the warehouse workers, so they don’t care.” She nodded over to another group of Orinoco employees, one of whom had his cock out and was casually pissing against a table leg.

“Oh cool,” said her new friend, and seemed to relax - a few seconds later a large wet spot appeared along his left trouser leg. “Ah that’s better,” he said. “I’d been holding that for a while.”

“Well, no need for that around here,” Laura said.

He pointed to her empty pint glass. “Can I get you another?”

“As if I’d say no…”

Wouldn't it be expected when you work for a company named after a major river, you're going to be peeing an awful lot? Packages still need to be delivered and all that water has to go somehwere.

Perhaps the Chinese should call their own delivery service Huang He, literally "Yellow River", so their customers wouldn't be surprised by what shows up at their front door.

I don't know if there will be more chapters - unfortunately I don't often get inspired to write. But I certainly hope to return to the workers of Orinoco some day.

If you need ideas of where to continue with the story, I think I can help! For instance, you can discuss what it’s like for the workers to come home and deal with the clothes they’ve been peeing in all day. I mean they have to take them off at some point right? And since these people are really good friends you can expand on that too. Maybe they have to work together and come up with some creative ways and places to pee and wet while they work. 
 

Another idea would be to talk about some accidents, certain times where customers or goods may have unintentionally been peed on by the drivers.

I was just thinking, I like to hear about a job interview for the company, or maybe a look at the personal lives of the workers. Do they wet at home? in front of their partners? Do their partners join in?

I used to run deliveries with my own car, and I would piss in it when ever I got the urge. I got really good at pissing on the floor while driving.
