workout wetting

Recommended Posts

When out cycling I'll very often make sure I'm hydrated enough for a roadside pee somewhere on a country lane.  As a guy it's fairly easy, just a case of pulling the tight lycra shorts waistband down enough.

The only thing is, as a guy I tend to find that when exercising my body diverts blood to muscles and combined with the effects of the cold, if anyone were to catch a passing glimpse I think they'd be a little underwhelmed...

On occasions when I know I'm coming home to an empty house I'll save my roadside pee...  arrive home desperate, lock away my bike, not really caring if I have an 'accident' on the back door step or whilst stripping off and waiting for the shower to warm up.  At that stage especially in winter my skin is cold and the flood of hot pee feels divine.

I love watching videos of girls having little accidents while doing yoga and now I desperately want to try it!

Just as long as you can hide it.  That is the best way to release on that built up tension

I like to piss in the shower after I've been swimming. Sometimes pulling my suit aside at the crotch, other times through my suit. Other times I've peed in the changing cubicle. One one occasion I held my swimsuit I'd just taken off up to my privates and pissed through it to cover any hissing. Other times when I've been the only person there I've squatted and pissed straight onto the floor. I'm well hydrated so it's just a clear puddle.

@ukpeegirl86 Maybe you can finally clear up a question I've had for awhile. I've seen a lot online women talking about how common it is to pee in the changing room at a pool. I've always been suprised by this since the changing/locker rooms I'm familiar with don't seem like a well-accepted place to pee. When women mention peeing in the locker room, are they really talking about the area with benches and lockers to keep your things, where you change clothes? How common and accepted is it really to pee there? To make sure we're on the same page, I included a picture of a representative locker room area where I understand that many women pee on the floor?

The pool locker room that I've peed in is more shower-like and has tile on the floor and drains - or there's an area to rinse off and then the area like that's pictured above.

Okay, so when you're talking about peeing in the changing room, you're really talking about peeing in the shower/rinse portion of the facility?

For me at least. I've never been in a locker/changing room like that. But it looks like a possible pee spot for sure lol

Hahah no, it definitely isn't hard to imagine people peeing in the locker room image i sent, but it is a bit surprising - at least since I haven't seen anyone do it and have spent awhile in similar locker rooms for various sports.

Are you able to find an image on google/etc of approximately what the changing rooms you normally pee in look like?

Agree with @gldenwetgoose ... best not to overanalyse these things.  In true PeeFans style, just let it go. 😎

I have, on occasion, had an urge for fun whilst at the gym.  The three I remember best were:

  • While on a recumbent cycling machine (the kind where you sit leaning back with your legs almost horizontal).  Quite easy to poke out of my shorts in that position.  Just let a few spurts out ... enough to see the flow but not enough to create a significant puddle.
  • One gym had mats laid out for stretching and ab work.  I left a small puddle between sets of sit-ups.  When I was done, I used the free towel to clean up.  My fun is in peeing with people around.  I'm not into leaving messes for others to clean.
  • I peed down my legs once while on a treadmill.  I thought it was just a dribble but the belt was quite wet so I engineered a quick water spill by trying to drink from my bottle while running.  The bonus was that the spill explained my wet leg.  I towelled up the excess and walked away.

Strangely, I've never peed in the locker room except in the shower.

Really guys....     @ukpeegirl86 has posted about peeing after swimming and it's turned into a huge debate because YOU'VE never seen the sort of changing rooms you're describing.  Have a think how frustrating that could be to the person who's been kind enough to share their experience, to then have it endlessly questioned.

For what it's worth, the picture in my mind, from the last time I was a changing room makes perfect sense - you walk between pool, showers, toilets and benches / lockers typically dripping wet.  People change out of their wet costumes and puddles form on the floor. There may be cubicles to change in, or people just get changed at a bench next the a locker. Either way it's the same tiled floor throughout, always wet and with multiple drains across it.  So the simplest thing in the world to pee standing anywhere on it, in the shower, in a cubicle, sitting on a bench or whatever without hardly raising an eyebrow. And depending on time of day you could have the place to yourself.

No further discussion on changing room architecture needed. Stop getting lost in the detail and just enjoy what's being described.

Yeah, it's really so easy to go anywhere in a pool locker room of any kind. Here's where the ladies pee at our pool locker room.

I'm not a member of a gym at the moment, but have been in the past.  I would typically pee in the shower after a workout or sometimes if I needed to pee when I got there, I would pee on the floor of the changing area whilst I was getting changed into my gym kit.   The floor was a tiled floor with a kind of meshed rubber mat, so it wasn't slippery when wet and water went between the mesh something like this:

The floor was always wet from people coming back from showers and the pool, so it was dead easy to pee from sitting on the bench or standing up as long as there was nobody else in the changing area at the time.   If I was going for a swim, jacuzzi or steam room, then I would wait and pee in any one of those.

Yeah mostly in the shower. I find it impossibly hard to pee while running/walking even if i'd like to. I tried but its either super hard for men or im still a newbie xD.

I wouldn't wan't to do it in my gym tho. The place is super nice to look at and im really happy for the inviting atmosphere. Im currently paying gym membership even tho the place is closed for months. I really like it there and i wouldn't want to ruin the welcoming atmosphere for anyone.

Back on topic. I really like the nonchalant peeing thing so i really want to go during workouts but i definitely need to learn how to pee without concentrating on it first.

While we are at it. There is a real lack of videos of people peeing during workouts or at the gym (besides maybe yoga) which is strange to me. Because there are tons of videos were people pee/masturbate/have sex in all kinds of other public places.

With 24/7 gyms being a thing i would imagine that they are a super convenient place to film something "public". And due to the fact that everything is stationary it would be really easy to film. So you could have the sweaty action of someone doing exercise without the need to get a crazy camera setup to capture it in a decent quality.

Good point! Plus, of course, in the gym you're putting your muscles through a workout - straining and testing them to their limit. What better environment, conceptually, for a pee video to be made?

Bumping this thread because I just came across a really disappointing article where peeing in a locker room - even in the shower - is considered the top no-no. How appallingly prudish and prurient some people can be!

https://www.livestrong.com/slideshow/1011461-7-creepy-locker-room-donts/

Some real kill joy wrote that piece!  They must have a boring and very clinical life.

If you read down the page to the hygiene factors piece, you will notice that it says you shouldn't pee in the shower, but it doesn't mention that you shouldn't pee in the steam room or pool, so presumably that is still OK 😀

I would think that one big issue is probably CCTV cameras.  I don't go to gyms, but I believe they do have a lot of cameras.   Still there must be quiet unobserved corners that would lend themselves to peeing fun and videos.  Even changing rooms - if you chose to go in the middle of the night at a 24/7 gym, then it would be fairly likely that the changing rooms would be empty so you could probably get away with a lot.

I mean people are peeing in super markets ... there are cctv cameras as well. If you are making a professional video you could probably arrange something with the staff. I think people are renting busses and paying actors to shoot porn videos, so it shouldn't be that hard to figure something out.

And if you are doing it for personal enjoyment you have the best possible clothes to do so.

Just don't destroy any machines because there are already not enough of them in the first place xD.
