Every year a small carnival comes to my local park. I was a teenager and I was with my older female cousin related by marriage. We were sitting away from the festivities for the most part on a park bench when I told her I needed to go for a piss. They had port a potties but they’re always disgusting there. She was known for getting me to pee wherever, indoors and outdoors. We looked around for a good place to piss, she needed to go as well. We saw one of those rides that goes around in circles that you can spin faster if you choose to. I attached a picture of the ride so you can visualize it. My cousin suggested we ride that and piss in there. I said sure, whatever, I just needed to piss so I was willing to go anywhere semi hidden at this point. 
 

We got on the ride and I instructed her not to spin it faster and just enjoy the slow ride. I had a dress on with panties on, so I pulled my panties to the side and began peeing off the edge of the seat onto the floor first. My cousin had baggy shorts on and was able to pull the leg to the side so she could expose her pussy and go to the bathroom. She began pissing while I was still going. I could hear our streams faintly over the sound of the ride. We finished up around the same time and enjoyed the short remainder of the ride.

As I was reading your story and seeing the pic of the ride - I'll apologise up front - my mind was racing ahead and thinking of all the delicious photos you've posted of pee gushing forth.

I had this picture in my mind of you, as you said pulling panties aside and releasing a desperate flood, then the car suddenly spinning and you finding your panties and legs getting drenched, finding yourself sitting in your own puddle.  That or your cousin getting shorts drenched through the same reason.

The only fair/theme park rides that I have peed on are ones that get wet anyway.  I have peed on log flumes, rafting rides, and any number of slides and flumes in water parks.
