Feedback / Idea What do you want to see from PeeFans this year?

Recommended Posts

May I weigh in on this topic? I agree that writing takes a lot od time, effort, and talen and most people want to be recognized for it, at least in some small way. I think there shoul be another set of icon for writing that are different anf show appreciation. Just sayin'.

I would like to see someone go thru all the topics and delete all the posts with broken links. I know some porn sites that are linked here have delete/archive their pictures and it's really annoying when clicking on a link returns a 404 error or something similar. Many of the older posts have broken links that do not return pictures and I think someone should delete them, as they just take up space.

i have also noticed there aare 2 o 3 duplicates of the same picture in the same topic. I also think those should be deleted. Not the ones between topics only the ones that have many duplicates in the same topic, often below each other.

Just my 2 cents worth. Thanks for hearing me out.

You're welcome to go through and do this. If you report the broken links and duplicate photos, we'll delete them. 🙂

There should be a new feature within the next couple of months that will hopefully address this.

On a serious note, I would like to see peefans carry on pretty much as it is. Non judgemental, openness about likes and dislikes, minimal moderation, males and females able to post pics and stories without fear of being criticised.

Glad it seems that way now - and as you say, long may it continue.  There’s a certain amount of moderation goes on removing stuff before it gets seen by most people and causes issues, but yes on the whole 99% of users make the site such a pleasure with that respectfulness and love.

I realise there is some moderation but it is done in a respectful way which is good in my opinion. No one is put down just reminded to respect others posters whatever their interest are.

I know a lot of people don't like making a new thread for their idea/feedback, as perhaps it's just a minor change, or possibly something you don't even think is possible.

So if you just have any random ideas/feedback you'd like to put out there for the year ahead, feel free to use this thread, even if you're just spitballing and have no idea if it would actually work.

No guarantees we can make them happen, but it's always good to hear what you do and don't like about the site right now, and where there's possible room for changes/improvements and new features.

Thank you!

In Recent Posts I would like to see the entire forum name so I can tell whether I not I want to go there. For instance if the is a video I cant see it so I won't vist, but right now I can;t tell.

I agree that the open approach to various topics is a good thing. I’m very much into naughty peeing, and I love women who pee in pull ups / diapers, both of which are controversial for some people. But, since this is a pee forum, we should all feel free to discuss our preferences as long as it’s nothing abusive.

That's definitely already the case - it's always that preferences can be discussed without the fear of abuse, as long as those are within site rules.  And pull up / diaper content definitely is.  The only reason why you may see less of it is just that not so many people are contributing content to the forum.

So go ahead, feel free - get posting.   Discuss and celebrate freely.  Don't forget of course that site content will show up on search engines, so when content is created it can then be visible to people on the net. So by you posting, could potentially lead to other like minded individuals finding and joining Peefans.

Hap-pee New Year all...

This thread was titled for 2021, and obviously that's now in the past - so I've made the title a little more generic.

What would YOU like for Peefans this year ???   It's your community, so don't be shy.   If there's something desperately bothering you, just let it out...   We're listening.

It would be nice if we could increase inbox space from 20 messages to maybe 25 or 30 (or more). Clearing mine out to chat with new people is becoming an issue now that I've cleared all the people I don't/don't want to talk with anymore. All I have left to delete are the people I chat with often or conversations I want to hang onto forever 🥺

Sincerely,

I will get gold when I have the money 🤣

@Admin

If possible... < Yes I know you are constrained by the software & Adds requirement > ...

But if the client side load, IE scripts Etc could be minimised - optimised so that the client < users > do not experience so much load which slows things, but more importantly...

Client side load = more power consumption = more electricity used & more cost =  more badness for Planet !! It's a "Green" thing as well as a client side experience & cost thing.... !

Every few Watts consumed client side is multiplied by number of users That adds up to quite a bit of power world wide even on a niche site.

By way of example. My CPU load is at circa 30 - 40% continuous just browsing this site, let alone vids and stuff..?

Otherwise... Many thanks to to you and the mods for a V well run site !!! Much appreciated 🙂

Euro

Well, this is 2023, and this post appears to have been started in 2021. I've only been a member since August 2022, and I'm very pleased with what PeeFans is now. The only 2 things I would like to see improved are (1) more space being allocated for messages for non paying members, and I realize that means adding additional space & funding, and (2) members becoming more active in posting more pics in certain posts, which means additional effort and time devoted to our wonderful pee community by its members. I, like other members, would love to become Gold Members when we are financially able to do so.

A pattern that I've seen on this place Is that newbies (it tends to be of the female variety) get inundated with swarms of people adding them to their watch list.

Just the latest example: https://peefans.com/profile/45963-lalayla557/

She posted 17 times and she had 51 followers. Who knows how long it took to accumulate that following. She was only an active poster for two months.

It probably scared her off as she hasn't been back for close to a month.

It isn't the first time I've noticed this.

I understand what you are saying, I really do, and it is something the staff look at.

But I would also like to say, 51 followers isn't really that much, and she got 10 of those after posting some photos / gifs on the 6th of January. There might have been a bunch more after some of her other posting but the forum does not display that.

There is nothing inherently wrong with following someone, or having lots of followers. Perhaps people just don't want to miss their content? Perhaps Layla is busy or on a break? Now if it was one person following every female member on the forum I would see it differently,

Again, I understand what you are saying and it is something the staff take seriously, I just want to share my point of view.

I'm not sure what can really be done ... or whether anything should be done. I know Sophie and all the staff work incredibly hard to keep the site civilised and respectful and very often remind new members that if anything is making them uncomfortable then they can and should report it. Thanks to all the mods x

I remember that I was talking to someone via PM for about a month or so, the thing that I remember vividly is that she told me that a few guys freaked her out with the following and the PMs.

Can't remember her name as it was about a year ago.

I don't know for certain, as she left abruptly, but I think that's why she left.

Even a place as friendly as this (and it really is!) has its bad elements.

I think it's just a story as old as time itself.

Myself (and likely others) may use the "Follow" tool a little differently.  I use it because I like seeing a list of notifications about posts that I might enjoy reading when I log in.  Some people/topics/threads on here,I have less interest in, so I use the "Follow" tool to save time; therefore, I don't have to look through as many posts to find new ones of interest.

I also tend to "Follow" the members who are conversation "starters," not as many "responders".

I still look through the other posts, but less frequently.

It does need people to the report being sent the messages though. The excuse ‘that’s what happens to females on the internet’ is no more acceptable than the abhorrent view that the way a girl dresses is in some way responsible for sexual attacks.

Oh. It should absolutely not happen. Ever.

I actually don’t mind people following me as a new member. In a way I find it flattering 😇

But I love the idea of others watching me.

lol. I have 8 people following me and to be honest, I find it quite unnerving. Probably down to me being a misanthrope.

Oh really? How very exhibitionistic of you. 😉

As I mentioned before, a dating forum.

Also, increasing the file size limit on posts. 5 MB rules out a lot of videos. And it’s kind of an annoyance to have to go to another site, post a video, get the URL, come back here to a post the link… Maybe 25 MB would be a more reasonable limit. Storage is cheap, so this should not create any issues.
