Desperate colleague at work

I was in a meeting today for work. I'll spare you the details but it lasted for about two hours, after promising “it’ll only be an hour”. The conversation was rather boring but what kept me going was seeing my colleague sat opposite looking rather desperate for a wee! She's the stunning french girl I have mentioned a few times in the past. Brunette hair, slim figure, amazing eyes. Just gorgeous all over. Things were subtle at first and I wasn't even sure that she needed a wee but after a while it started becoming more clear. Her leg jiggling under the table, drinking her water much less frequently.

After about an hour it became very obvious she needed a wee. Not only was she jiggling her legs more but she also had a pained expression on her face. She wasn't really paying attention to what was being said any more, her mind was focussed on her bladder. A little later she even asked "Is this going to take much longer?" and she was told in response "Not much longer now, I promise". Thirty minutes later she's now had her hand under the desk, most likely holding herself over the black trousers she was wearing.

As soon as the meeting ended she got up and rather quickly left the room, leaving her pen and her notes at the table. I heard the door for the stairs right next to the room creak open before I had even got out of my chair. I needed a wee too so I headed to the toilets also, grabbing her things as I went past. I didn't see her at all on my way down the stairs or along the corridor. When I pushed open the door to the ladies I was greeted by the sweet sound of relief, a loud, and rather strong splashing. The toilets were otherwise empty so it had to have been her. "Hey Renée , I grabbed your things" I said to her as I went into the other stall. "Thanks Soph, you're a star" I had managed to lock the door, hang up my bag, pull down my trousers and thong and start peeing before her stream even began to taper off .I had probably been peeing for 5 seconds or so before hers slowed to drips and I heard her reel off some toilet paper. She did make it alright... just. The seat got a little wet. She started peeing the instant her clothes were out of the firing line, before she had even sat down fully and she had the most relieved look on her face when we met at the sinks.
