I would say the best site is fetlife, but is is impossible to search by both fetish and geography to find someone. It is one or the other and it is a bit maddening. One is left doing exhaustive searches that amount to finding a needle is a haystack. Even better is to have a Tinder, or Match type of site that caters to fetishes. I have not found any such site and would gladly pay a subscription if there were. Quote Link to post
