Definitely.  I personally cannot pee while it's inside.  The dildo blocks the pee hole.  But with a full bladder while using one, as the dildo is pulled out, there can be a strong squirt of pee.  For me, this is the best way to orgasm.

I always wondered why most women don't come to this conclusion. Some seem to jam their fingers or hand into their vaginas when they're desperate. Seems like it would be an easy way to discover that it can feel good.
