Strange and Useful Apps

Thought I'd create a mobile technology app page, share your strange and useful apps. 

I'll start with FlightRadar24, used it over the weekend to see where my girls were on the flight home from the UK.

Another one I use is What3words, divides up the entire planet in to 3 meter squares, I think it's more accurate than GPS, lol

I didn't use my home address, obviously, but you can see how close you can get.

I experimented with What3Words a little while ago.   It does look quite sensible, but seems to me that it is a solution to a problem that was already solved many years ago when the grid referencing system and latitude and longtitude was introduced.   I guess that remembering 3 words is easier than remembering a string of numbers, but that latitude and longtitude already addresses very accurately.
