I'll start with FlightRadar24, used it over the weekend to see where my girls were on the flight home from the UK. Another one I use is What3words, divides up the entire planet in to 3 meter squares, I think it's more accurate than GPS, lol I didn't use my home address, obviously, but you can see how close you can get. 1 Quote Link to post

I experimented with What3Words a little while ago. It does look quite sensible, but seems to me that it is a solution to a problem that was already solved many years ago when the grid referencing system and latitude and longtitude was introduced. I guess that remembering 3 words is easier than remembering a string of numbers, but that latitude and longtitude already addresses very accurately. Quote Link to post
