Festivals are definitely good for sightings based on what I've seen on the internet - but I've never been to one and I don't really think I could make an excuse to leave the family and get to get to one. However, I have seen plenty of people peeing in several large cities on a Friday or Saturday night after drinking. No experience of nappies, but I have folded up layers of towels and put them on my office chair (I work from home) so that I don't have to get up to go to the toilet; instead I just pee conveniently as and when I need to pee - even if I'm on a conference call. It is quite liberating, so I would say that a nappy would offer the same advantages, but would be even more liberating because you could use it anywhere. Interesting development on this one. I went to the same place and again peed on the same carpet (still no noticeable smell or stain), but afterwards, I decided to check out some of the other buildings. I think my best height was 126 feet - but that was off the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct in Wales - https://www.pontcysyllte-aqueduct.co.uk/ From ground level I haven't really measured, but I reckon I would normally pee about 3 feet in front of me and could probably manage between four and five feet with a push. It has been raining heavily here all day today.
