Only once in my life have I ever been to a prostitute. I was way too in the closet to ask for pee fun though, even from a prostitute whom I'd probably never see again.

But none of them could envisage why I was there alone if not "looking for business", and saw that just by offering they'd at least get a free drink out of it in all probability. Well, in my drunkeness this kind of got me thinking about whether I should take advantage of what was being offered. Realising this, in the cold light of day I kind of found myself questioning the morality of what I'd done, and vowed never to buy sex from a street prostitute ever again. And I have in fact never paid for sex again at all. It really was a one off.

I have of course paid for porn and even had videos custom made for me, but never paid for actual physical contact sex with anyone ever again.

I think the poll needs some adjusting; there aren't going to be many people here going to prostitutes daily... I would imagine. As Steve implied, options of 'I've been once/twice' etc might give more accurate responses. Obviously people can elaborate in the comments, but I would imagine some people may to wish remain anonymous about it. I've never been with a prostitute and have no intention of ever doing so. I don't really have an issue if that's how people want to spend their money, it's none of my business, but it's just not something I find at all appealing. Well, I'm happy to reply in general terms. I've never had any contact with street prostitutes, but have seen several escorts who make formal bookings by phone and work from their own premises. Sorry to say, I really have no knowledge of the U.S. scene. One place that might be able to help you is the Adult DVD Talk forum. This is based in the USA and has mostly American members. They specialize in porn DVD reviews, but are usually friendly about escorts. (Some of the porn performers who are forum members have also worked as escorts.) Check out their "Sex Talk" forum which is about sex advice and questions. Someone there may be able to help you with information. You can read the forum without logging on, but will need to register (free) if you want to post a question.
