Humidity

Recommended Posts

I everyone, it's 4h00am here in my tent, and i did not much sleep.

I have a question, the fact that its humid, would this be the cause why i need to pee every hour? I believe i might be affected by it. My friend got up only once during the night while got up 5-6 times.

If it's humid, you likely won't be perspiring as much as if the air were dry. And, if it cooled down during the night, your body is going to shed more water. If you can't sweat it out, all that excess liquid you drank has to go somewhere. In your case, I'm guessing a few steps outside your tent door.

Drinking lots of water makes you go. Did they drink a lot before bed ? Did you hear them go  ?

I was not drinking a lot.

when you are referring to they, I was alone with my friend. :-)
