It does appear to happen quite often - though in my experience only ever for short periods and always seemingly in the early hours of the morning UK time - about 10-12pm EST I would guess. All I kept getting for four hours before I gave up was this message....... "An unexpected database error occurred. Please try again later." Fine again today, though. Quote Link to post
