Ah, good point. That difference between when I technically CAN pee again (which is usually 5 minutes or so after my last pee, even if it’s just a few drops) and when I start to feel some urge to pee again is also very different for me. I think I don’t really enjoy peeing until I feel at least some urge again.

If I'm paying attention to little more than what I'm feeling in my bladder, I can usually pee again in 10 minutes or less. But, typically life gets in the way and I'm distracted, which probably is a good thing or I'd never get anything done.

In fact, most all the time my bladder keeps filling unnoticed by me until it reaches the point where it demands attention, either by clamping down on my sphincter or just letting things flow.

Last night! I was taking out the trash and felt a little naughty so I popped a squat right next to the side of my house.

What do you do when you feel seriously naughty? 😁

  3. Given a choice, I prefer a strong stream to weaker dribble, even though the latter might be a good bit longer. But, more than anything it depends upon the circumstances.  If I'm out with someone and they're desperate, whatever they're about to do is probably going to be exciting.

  4. If you don't want everyone traveling the interstate to see you, maybe you should take back roads for at least part of the way. When I'm on I-95 and I-75 for long road trips, I'll usually get off onto a two-lane for my pee breaks. Perhaps I could recommend to you some of my favorites.

I almost never close the toilet door when I pee, and this also applies with many guests who visit my place. Usually I even continue chatting when peeing.

Vanessa, I'm pretty sure I know where you have your best conversations. 😄

I’ve always been a toilet girl, even when I’m camping I got to find a outhouse or go in someone’s trailer.

Hopefully, your time around us pervs (and I mean that in the nicest sense 😁) will encourage you to break that filthy habit.

Hmmm, I don’t remember the last time I specifically peed in a stairwell but I have pissed outside a couple times in the last few weeks.

Were these out of necessity or because you wanted to have fun? And, anywhere interesting?

Don't spare us any details. 😁

  8. I have a homemade urinal in my shower, and have a post on how you can make your own.

I've since added a hose to the bottom, so it drains to the shower floor.

I suppose I could just pee in the shower, but this does a good job of keeping the splashing in one place.

Ha, I have, actually! I once went to a conference in Hawai’i. I’m a humanities person, though, so I don’t often have a real justification for beach research.

I think what you need to do is seek out conferences that take a holistic approach and combine the humanities with the physical sciences.

That’s amazing! I’ve hiked before, but haven’t had the pleasure of peeing with someone else while hiking. Usually if I’m peeing outdoors, it’s alone. And I guess that folds into my next answer—I think I’d prefer to be alone, because most of the time I’m shy about being the person to suggest having a pee outdoors. If someone else suggests it, I don’t mind in the slightest, but for whatever reason I get skittish if I have to be the one to bring it up.

Okay, when we go for a hike, I'll make a point of bringing it up first. 😄

I think when it comes to peeing, I’m most drawn to peeing outdoors, especially out of desperation. I haven’t necessarily done a deep dive into any deeper psychoanalytic reasoning behind a fascination with desperation, but it just draws me in!

Always good to meet a fellow lover of peeing outdoors, especially one who enjoys intellectual pursuits as well. I've gone on a lot of day hikes with trail partners where we've shared some deep and meaningful conversations, often not interrupted while we answered the call of nature.

If you're caught outside absolutely desperate, would prefer to be alone  or with the company of a friend (it doesn't have to be sexual) who could keep watch while you relieved yourself? And would you hope they had to pee at least as badly as you?

English is my first language, but I grew up in a major city in a multiracial family (though I myself am not multiracial), so I was exposed to a lot of Spanish from my community and my family. I also grew up hearing a lot of Italian since I’m a 3rd gen Italian-American—or is it 2nd gen? My grandfather is the one who immigrated here, and I never remember when we start counting 1st gen, 2nd gen, so on. Anyway, I learned Spanish in high school and college and am decently conversational in Spanish. I’m much better at reading and writing Spanish than conversing in person, though. And then I’m better at understanding than speaking. I’ve been trying to learn more Italian since I want to get dual citizenship, too.

And now for my more unique language—I have a working understanding of Old English (Eald Englisc). I took quite a few classes in college and I retained enough to do decently reliable translations of texts in Old English.

    Well done!

I grew up in a somewhat academic family. My mother's parents were educators, and she earned an English degree from a prestigious university. So, while I'm fluent in my native tongue (though trained as a scientist, my career had been as an editor and writer), I never was very good with foreign languages. I give those who are skilled at it plenty of credit.

That's awesome! Who'd you share the urinal with and how'd that go?

One of my hiking partners. We stopped at a coffee shop after we got off the trail. There was almost no one in the place and it had only one bathroom. I followed her into it and found it had both a toilet and a urinal.

She beat me to the latter, but at least had the courtesy to give me enough room. It seems her aim was better than mine.

  14. Sorry I never finished the story. Sometimes life get in the way.

But, the good news is we're going on another hike tomorrow. We plan to pick up food before we head out, so we can have a picnic on the trail. I just hope we wont run out of water.

Similarly, I don't think she had a pee fetish, she was just willing to open up to a guy she felt comfortable around.

I still don't think she has a fetish. It's more she's comfortable with herself and doesn't feel inhibited in my company.
