It is an excellently run site, and very rewarding, provided you follow the rules. Kirito takes member safety, copyright restrictions, and rights of video posters very seriously, so make sure you take a look at the guidelines before posting. That said, it is all for sake of respect and safety from video posters who may not have realized their funny youtube video was attractive to some and would not have posted it in that context, so Kiri
