Think it's a high chance the stuff I was doing caused it. All finished now though, and no other updates / template changes / server changes planned for the foreseeable future, so if any issues do come up, please let me know as it'll mean it's something else.

@Sophie has it happened in the last week aside from that? In the last 90 minutes I've been making server tweaks that could have caused this. If it's been happening other times though then it's obviously something else. Thanks for letting me know.

Since there haven't yet been any reports of everything breaking or the menus being annoying, I will take it as a sign it's all setup nicely now. If anyone does have any issues though, please let me know, as it's hard to account for all different devices / screen sizes / browsers etc.

Nope, you CAN still access the one-to-one chats on small devices, but you would need to be on "PeeFans Main Theme Light [Live Chat On Mobile]" Go to 'Theme' in left hand corner of site and press that. Chatbox will always be in corner then, and when you press the chatbox in the corner it brings up both the main room and private conversations too. (which are fully operational now, so feel free to use as much as you want). Hope that helps. 🙂

As you've probably noticed, you can now change the site colours using the toggle item at the top of the site. The system will remember whether you select light mode or dark mode, so when you log back in, it should be the same unless you change it. Ok ladies and gents, here's where we're at after an exhausting afternoon of trial and error: On small devices (e.g. mobiles and small tablets), the menu bar at the bottom will display by default. Yes you're right that would be better, but you're also right it's not easily done. Your choice of light or dark mode SHOULD save at a user level, regardless of incognito / clearing cookies, as they're 2 different templates. But the colour customisation isn't switching to a whole new template. I'm going to look if there's a way to do save it as a user setting though, as I agree it would be better. I am trialling hiding the chat button on mobiles. (Still there on tablets + desktop). It's still accessible on the main page, and the navigation bar (just click the 3 dots to bring up full menu). I know for some people this may be an unpopular decision, but since only a minority of users actually use chat, I feel like the sticky menu at the bottom is far more useful to 95% of users. I hope soon to be able to integrate chat within the sticky menu perhaps, so we get the best of both worlds. Open to feedback on this change.

There have been discussions here before about who you tell about your interest in pee (or if you don't anybody at all). But I think an interesting question is who you would be more likely to tell? Would you prefer to tell a partner who you're very unlikely to see again so "it doesn't matter" too much that they know (or if they don't respond well)? Do you browse the site incognito? I believe the setting is stored in a cookie, so if your settings are to clear cookies when you close a window (which is what happens automatically in incognito mode) that would explain it.

When you say awry, what kind of thing is happening exactly? Could you maybe give a screenshot? Or do you mean the site is literally crashing and shutting the window down? The only thing I can think of is you need to clear your cache.

Honestly the 'unread content' feature, or 'activity' is always likely to load a little slower because it's got to build a list of content tailored to you, rather than loading the same page for everyone. Hopefully it's still only a couple of seconds, but normal to be relatively a little slower than everything else. Obviously site speeds in general have a huge mix of variables - including your own internet connection speeds and current server load - but hopefully these recent tweaks should just make things a little speedier when browsing in general.

When you have an exact word-for-word phrase like that, use quotation marks. So "couples who pee together" should bring up only 4 results: the thread in question, and the 3 posts in this thread where we've said it. The search still often requires changing a few settings or trying a few combinations - turns out there's a reason everyone uses Google... search algorithms aren't easy! 😂 I think it's slightly better than before though, and with the 'advanced search' you should almost always find what you're looking for (eventually).

Sophie, with your most recent suggestions: I agree with the pee smileys - there isn't an option for this but I've requested it. I can have a look at the code too to see if I can switch it round. However I think the current setup of having 'recently used' at the top of the list makes sense, so if you use the pee smileys more, they should always be at the top! 😄 Also remember you can use the 'categories' button within the smiley box to go straight to the pee (or any other) category. You can also use search as well on the smiley window, or even type the smiley "codes" (which you'l
